不需要勇气和努力，任何人都可以不快乐。然而，经过奋斗获得快乐，才是真正的成就。努力去获得快乐，在很多人看来这是一件新鲜的事情。因为我们认为快乐是美好的事情带来的一种感觉，它几乎或完全不受我们的控制。然而，事实恰恰相反，在很大程度上，快乐是受我们支配的。为了快乐地生活，克服一些障碍是有必要的。
